MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Working with clients: consulting on buying and selling real estate
    Showing properties: organizing and conducting real estate presentations
  • Negotiating: with owners and buyers
  • Property selection: searching for properties according to clients’ requests
  • Transaction support: from the first contact to signing the contract
  • Working with database: maintaining client base in CRM system
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:
Required:
  • Communication skills and the ability to establish contact with people
  • Willingness to actively sell and work with objections
  • Responsibility and focus on results
  • Basic knowledge of Spanish and English
  • Desire to develop in the real estate industry
Will be an advantage:
  • Experience in sales (any field)
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Valencia
  • Higher education
